Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Click "book appointment" to schedule an appointment. Appointments can be booked 24 hours in advance. Full pre-pay amount of service is required at time of booking.

Cancellations
All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment date. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all same day cancellations.

Pay Cancellation Fee


You are allowed 1 reschedule per appointment after any applicable cancellation fee has been satisfied. Appointments have to be rescheduled during the same physical year as purchase. They do not roll over to a new year therefore you will forfeit any pre-paid services not used.

If you are a NO Show you will not receive a refund and will NOT be allowed to reschedule. Additionally, all future appointments will be cancelled. You will be placed on the Ban List and will be unable to book in the future.

Note: When you book online you will receive confirmation email in that email you have the option to cancel/reschedule. Check spam/junk folder for email.

Guests
Guests are not allowed in the studio when you are receiving treatment. If you bring someone they will have to wait in the sitting area.

Drinking/Eating
Only bottled water is allowed in the studio. No food, drink or snacks is allowed.

Contraindications
If any one of the following apply, you are NOT an ideal candidate for Radio Frequency (Skin Tightening) 

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding

  • active cancer

  • acute bacterial and viral inflammations

  • sensory disturbances

  • metal implants in the area of the procedure

  • pacemaker

  • prone to bleedings from the gastrointestinal tract

  • epilepsy

  • breastfeeding

  • mental instability

  • ANY type of blood thinner


If any one of the following apply, you are NOT an ideal candidate for Ultrasound (Lipo-Cavitation)

  • broken blood vessels

  • skin diseases

  • neuralgia eye and trigeminal nerves

  • acute infectious diseases

  • dilated capillaries

  • tumors and postoperative period

  • recent med spa, peels, waxing and other skin treatments

  • pregnancy

  • tuberculosis

  • active cancer

  • breastfeeding

  • mental instability

  • ANY type of blood thinner

Pre-Appointment/Instructions
On the day of your appointment wear loose fitting clothing. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily leading up to your appointment. Reschedule if you are on your menstruation. You can book 3 days before or 3 days after your cycle. It is recommended you receive your first 4 treatments every 72 hours/3 days. Other treatments can be spaced 1 week apart.

Post Appointment/Instructions
Drink 5-6 liters of water daily. For maximum results, complete 30-45 minutes of physical activity a day. Limit carb, alcohol and sugar intake for 72 hours.

Add-ons
​Unfortunately, add-ons are not allowed unless booked via website. Because services are by appointment only this will create conflict with scheduling and inconvenience for customers.We will try to accommodate if/when possible.

You can have Ultrasound during your Menstrual Cycle but it is recommended to avoid the abdomen as you will not see the same results due to bloating. (PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT)
