What should I do prior to appointment?

• Prior to starting your first session and during each 3-day period of treatment we recommend you drink 2-3 liters of water. Water and hydration is key to this process being effective.

How do I get great results?

• To maximize the effectiveness of your session, it is best to restrict products that impact lymphatic flow i.e. caffeine, alcohol and sugar in large amounts during the process.

• We recommend eating a healthy diet to enhance the process. If you are on one of our specialized nutrition/diet loss plans you are all set. If not we can provide a recommendation sheet for ideal eating during the process, if you to maximize results.

• We recommend exercise to stimulate lymphatic flow. This includes trampoline, rebounding, swimming, jogging, and working out during this process. Even walking will help.

• We recommend lymphatic massages and detox to optimize and enhance the process. Lymphatic massage helps facilitate to removal and release of toxins and fat as you go through the Ultrasound Process.

• IF YOUR DIGESTION PROCESS IS IMPEDED IN ANY WAY DURING SESSIONS LET US KNOW I.E. CONSTIPATION.

• Please always discuss with your Physician before beginning any new Health & Diet Program. Always inform us if you have a change in health status or experience any unusual symptoms during your program. If you should become pregnant during this process please inform us immediately.

Can receive treatment while on my cycle?

You can have treatment during your Menstrual Cycle but it is recommended to avoid the abdomen as you will not see the same results due to bloating.

Can I bring guests to my appointment?

No, we do not allow any guest at your appointment. This includes children of client.

Do packages expire?

Yes, all packages will expire 180 days after your first appointment. Upon expiration your package will be terminated and you will forfeit any pre-paid purchase amount. Please be sure to attend all appointments in a scheduled manner.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash ( Exact amount only, we do not have change available). We also accept all major debit/credit cards (+tax).

What if I am late to my appointment?

PLEASE BE ON TIME to your appointments. Lateness will shorten your session. After 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will loose your session for that day.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to appointment date. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all same day cancellations. This fee will have to be paid prior to rescheduling.

You are allowed to reschedule up to two times per packages Appointments have to be rescheduled during the same year as purchase. They do not roll over to a new year therefore you will forfeit any pre-paid services not used.

No Show Policy:
If you are a NO Show you will not receive a refund and will NOT be allowed to reschedule. Additionally, all future appointments will be cancelled. You will be placed on the Ban List and will be unable to book in the future. All pre-paid amount will be forfeited!
